These folks deserve a real shout out for great follow through and customer support. The cell phone holder was easy to install and the quality is excellent. Took an 8 day trip from New Jersey to Virginia, to North Carolina to Williamsburg, Va to DC, then Baltimore inner Harbor and never a glitch in May. We get to June, the car is outside, the temps start rising and one day, due to so much heat in the car the holder releases.At this point it is good to note that the mounting surface is a 2025 Hyundai Tucson with a pebbly texture.Asked the manufacturer if there was anything they could do. They asked for pics and a description of the problem. Back comes the answer that they have a special base that adheres to a not smooth surface. It arrives, we install, and everything has been perfect for over a month with temps in the 90s, the car closed, all perfect!!!!

At first, I had the standard clip that comes included in the purchase. The holder would fall off every time I hit a bump or pothole or even had to avoid another vehicle.Customer support, Apricot, reached out to me and went above and beyond in solving this issue. She sent me their “military” clip which is metal and has a hook on the end, and can be adjusted in length, that will fit any size vent. Such a brilliant solution! It worked perfectly in my 2015 Chevy Cruze but because it is adjustable and you tighten on to your vent, it does not move or fall off. Not once.The customer support team at Vanmass is incredibly responsive and truly want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a STURDY, ADJUSTABLE, even BEAUTIFUL solution for holding your cell phone!

It is great being able to mount the holder in different ways, like the car vent or window. It is easy to adjust and seems well built time will tell. Happy so far.

UPDATE:I reached out to customer service because it was still under warranty and they sent me a new replacement.Note: Take pictures of the broken device to send in the warranty claim as proof.----------------I purchased this in November 2023. The mount lasted for over a year in the hot Florida sun before the suction cup mechanism finally broke.It was not hard to install on the windshield and the sticky part of the suction cup leaves very little residue which is easy to clean with a little rubbing alcohol.The sticky part can be cleaned with soap and water and reattached to the windshield.Mount was fairly stable and had little vibration for an everyday commute.

Excellent product! My son had this for a few years, and it worked great. It somehow came off his dashboard, and stuff got stuck to the bottom, making it unusable, and he asked me to buy it again, because he'd liked it so much. Works great for iPhones, doesn't vibrate, has good angle options, and hold well.

I purchased this in October of 2022 and it lasted until June 2025 before the suction cup separated from the rest of the holder, which fell while I was driving and almost caused an accident.I did like it until that point, just wish it would have lasted longer.
