I never write reviews. I suffer from extreme anxiety and frequent panic attacks. I’ve been medicated with SNRIs for daily and Xanax for emergency panic attacks. I haven’t been on any prescriptions in awhile and wanted to stay that way if possible. I was skeptical on this all natural solution but one night time 1/2 dose and I feel completely normal and relaxed. The chatter in my head is gone, my nerves are not on fire. The mental clarity is unreal. Sold. I’ll be buying more of this one.

My friend sent me these when I was having a lot of anxiety. It helped me feel calm without any strange other feelings. I felt relaxed but able to do whatever I needed to do, and I felt calmly happy. After a while, my emotions evened out, and I haven't had to take it in weeks. I bought a second one to keep stock in case anxiety arises again.

I like most have some stress and along with it comes random but steady sleep disturbances. Tried L- Tryptophan, Melatonin, Tylenol PM, warm milk, and a host of other things over time. Not much luck sadly. But thats just me. Tried this to add to my barrage of attempts. Pretty powerful to say the least. Yes the pills are big but they snap in half with ease. I did half the dose- so 1 pill at first to see. I couldn't believe how I felt. I mean again- THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE ONLY and maybe Im deficient in Taurine or whatever else thats in it or who knows what else as I havent been eating much anyways to get proper nutrients and aminos so that could be it- perhaps its the ingredients combined? Who knows…but I was actually sorta stoned within an hour of taking it. I sat laughing at the dumbest videos for 2 hours. I felt like a kid. I was yawning by 1.5 hrs and almost crashing but in a good way. I woke up 5 hrs later amazed I had actually fallen into a solid sleep phase. Im normally up every couple of hrs because my brains on overtime. I thought - wow I didnt even take a full dose! It was still early morning so I decided to take another half of one. Quick snap and swallow. The half a pill size is perfect. Within another half hour- off to la la land yet again. It sorta reminded me of when I used to take prescription Ambian. Id highly suggest it to be taken at bed time or at a time your able to rest. Im not groggy at all the next day. But I am a weird calm. I can honestly say its a strange soothing washing over me that I feel. Like staring out at the ocean. Serene. Wholeness. Thats pretty amazing considering its all natural. I think I will order a few bottles to keep on hand to stock up. I have suggested this to a few friends already. If you feel like your going to explode or implode from your life and struggle to relax- you should really try this formula. Id recommend half dosing till you know how itll affect you, and certainly dont plan on doing many activities lol. Dont drive on this. Read the warnings if you take Lithium. Which I dont. I did try other “herbal” smokes prior to this that also did not work- but I would not mix anything with this. Its a very powerful concoction. Atleast for me. I simply love its affects. Relaxation and sleep have been given back to me and Im grateful! Ill probably throw out half the older bottles of stuff Ive tried that did not work now. You have nothing to lose. Its cost is great especially when its on sale to. I hope everyone has the same results I do! I was taking Gaba by itself prior and it didnt even compare to this. Plus your oddly quiet and calm inside the next day. Im not sure Ill need to take 2 pills at once. One does it for me. Maybe on the weekends Ill try 2 if I know I can monitor the next day affects. Pretty awesome stuff. You have nothing to lose in trying it as I said, for me its a great product. Works like a dream. Im curious if its affects will eventually wean down as I become tolerant. Being in Nursing I did my homework on all the ingredients and doses they used which are all in line and appropriate. I may then have to take two or cycle on and off to maintain its affectedness. We shall see. 10 stars!

I give this product a four star because I have been only taking it for two weeks or so. It is early for a five star, but that is how I "feel" about the product. There are so many variables that go into sleep, age possibly being the biggest. Two years ago my quality of sleep took a fairly dramatic decline. I have worked with drugs and all sorts of behavioral modifications, such as reducing alcohol intake. None of my habits are bad. I have always been disciplined about going to bed and getting up a regular times. I have never been a big drinker or coffee imbiber, but I have always had some "transgressions." Having said all that, I continue to work on behavior and have started this supplement. Not every night, but on average, I have slept better with this supplement than prior to taking it. So far I recommend it. And, oh yes, the pills are huge! I call them horse pills. But that is not a real problem. My wife, on the other hand, could never swallow these. Net, net, I am pleased so far.

Unless you have an extra large esophagus, this pill will hurt all the way down and feels like it will get stuck while drinking two glasses of water. Then on top of that you can't return it.
