MasterClass Casserole Dish with Lid, Large 5L/28 cm, Lightweight Cast Aluminium, Induction Hob and Oven Safe, Blue

This is a very big pot whis is exactly why I bought it. It can easily fit a whole chicken or make great stews. The pot itself is easy to clean with its non-stick stone coating inside and it is so light weight that it is really easy to carry or handle, even when there is food inside. I was concerned about the colour of the pot that it could easily scratch or fade, but I have been using it for 4-5months now where it has seen a fair bit of use since it is one of only 2 pots that I own and the colour is still perfect. It is also great that if I want to I can cook parts on the stove and transfer the whole pot to the oven to finish a dish if required which is very convenient. The only downside to that is to remember that all parts of the pot get hot so you need to handle it with a cloth or something for the heat which I learned the hard way (my brain is so used to grabbing the pot handle when I am stirring it that I often don't stop to think that it is metal so will also be hot... but I do now!) I would definitely recommend this pot/ casserole dish.

It is light weight, but good quality, and is really easy to clean.Easy for all ages to lift. I am going to buy the smaller size for family members going of to collage.

Amazing. Unbelievably light. Cooks well on my induction hob. Easily cleaned in the dishwasher, though if I didn't have a dishwasher I would not want to wash the underside of the lid by hand because of all the bumps.

This dish is exactly as expected. Super light to lift for something of its size and capacity. Seems slightly expensive but we are hopeful it will last well

Love this and use it often. The large size means I can make lots of good soup and casseroles. Good in oven and self basting

Extremely useful, i have used many times now for stews and casseroles, all have turned out well when left to slow cook in it.Quite light to carry.Very easy to cleanI would highly recommend

I have a number of Le Creuset casserole dishes which I love, but which are really heavy. I bought this as a lightweight alternative and it's brilliant.The non stick interior is really easy to clean, it's a dream to wash up and it's light enough to easily pick up whilst not being flimsy.Obviously it's not cast iron, so there is a limit to what you can do with it, but it's great for cooking with on a day to day basis. It also looks good

Large capacity, lightweight and easy to clean. I love the way the heat evens out and the food turns out beautiful with the ingredients soaked in. Couldn't have gotten a better deal. I know for sometime now this will be my everyday go to pot.
