Fresh Taro Eddo Eddos Eddoes Root Small Size (10 Pounds)

Taro roots are hard to get where I live. When taro is available in my area, I end up discarding half of it, because it is spoiled. That is why I ordered these. These roots arrived in great shape, size is similar to a medium-large potato -more like a small Russet. Mashed taro is delicious, and these roots are perfect for it!!!Update 5/11/22 - Received about 2 lb tiny roots in wood shaving - instead of advertised 10lb. Unrefundable, unreturnable. Attempted to contact seller, no response. Will never buy again.

It was supposed to be FL grown (as answered under one of the questions), however mine came from CA.Package included no info at all. Asked seller for info about where they were grown and if they were US grown..never got any answers. Made me not 100% comfortable consuming a plant with no clear source and enough info. Overall was in an ok condition.

Received a nice amount in great condition. Thie variety has a white flesh with none of the purple veining that you see in store chips. Flavor was mile and very similar to a white potato IMO.

Many of the taro are too small to peel ,my order consist of tiny roots, too tiny to peel and used had to dispose of more than half of it. Please check before you buy.
