So good! We have used blend 6 for years and branched out and used this in a 60/40 blend of boston butt & venison. It tastes so good and it's the only thing I use for spaghetti, lasagna, and meatballs now!

Makes some delicious sausages definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys homemade good sausages

We process a lot of boars with taint and have found a handful of blends that cover it up perfectly. This blend is very favorable. Nice strong onion notes with garlic taking a second seat and not over powering the blend. The smell is strong and pleasant as well. It's affordable too. Only negative is it doesn't do 25 lbs of meat. It does 15 lbs.

I tried this seasoning out of curiosity. I made some sausage out of elk meat and bacon. Yes bacon, I discovered this a while back and it’s awesome to use for sausage, 75-25 mix. The sweet onion and garlic seasoning really made my mouth happy. My wife even liked it. The sausage is great on its own or in breakfast burritos and anyway to be honest. I am very impressed!!

Ordered several varietys of seasoning and this sweet onion & garlic was our favorite. Great choice so i ordered more, we just processed 2 hogs and made lots of sausage !

Wish I had found this seasoning sooner. I love it ... use it nearly every day. Add it to my ranch dressing, rub for meats and chicken. Add to soups, burritos and beans.
