Fairly safe and stable
The pull up bar I received is fairly sturdy and strong. I didn't have to screw it into the wall or anything. Just need to tighten the sides to the door frame. I'm not particular sure what's the max capacity of this bar, so experience may vary if you're a lot heavier. Installation was easy, screws and brackets are included if you want to use them, but i didn't use them.

My daughter loves it. ❤️ we have put it on our bedroom door edge and she handles on it full on. Hope it will increase her height.

Sturdy enough.
Sturdy enough...but it comes with a Chinese manual...you better have a translation software ready.Also wanted to know if its mandatory to put the bracket to the wall/wood.. need answers. Thank you.

Extra holder clips should be given
After few months its rubbers gets loose and it just came off.. there should be extra clips so we dont have to buy the whole thing again..

excellent quality in good price. It is quite sturdy, but for safety, you need to drill in nails. Notice it bending a little when not drilling nails, but overall a must buy
