Gets the Job DONE!
I bought these for my man who is into working out but can't go to the gym rn. Came on time, well packaged, and easy to put together. He has used this pull up bar as often as he goes to the kitchen where I put it which is several times a day. He couldn't pull himself up at first but after trying over a course of Maybe 2 to 3 days he was able to. Now he is about 3 weeks in and MAN those results are real. He can do at least 10 at a time and I can physically see and feel how much stronger he is by using this item. He said he gives it 10/10 and will buy again if needed. We recommend this item and I can say as long as you stay vigilant you will see results. Super sturdy, hasn't damaged the door frame, and worked well for push ups as well.

Multi grip light
I settled on this one after a long search on Amazon for a simple and inexpensive pull up bar (multi grip light) . I got it for 20.99, but I see today it is 19.99. Based on reviews, I found that people had various issues with some of the other popular listings. So far, I am NOT seeing any of those issues; NO foam grips spinning, NO black makings or damage to wall, NO bar falling down. This gem was buried in this listing because it sold different models. Of course, my bar is still pretty new so there is potential for issues to come up.Assembly: It did not require much assembly, just 4 nuts and bolts, and twisting the two parts of the main bar together. The instructions said to twist the bar clockwise, but for mine it fit correctly by twisting counterclockwise. It also comes with a little wrench.Install: It came with a little simple metal safety piece to help keep the bar from unhooking from the door frame. I struggled a little to jimmi the piece between my trim and wall. My trim was pretty tight against the wall, which is a good thing because it supports the bar. The metal safety piece may leave slight damage to the wall, but I have mine on a inconspicuous closet door. I have an average sized door opening and trim and the bar was almost too long. If my door was wider, more of the cushioning foam would be in contact with the side trim of the door. It seemed like there is enough contact with the cushion, but I’ll continue to monitor it for any issues.I am satisfied with this so far as it feels sturdy for supporting 130 lbs.

Hard ware broke / Replacement never arrived / Repurchased / Worth it tho
The screws snapped clean in half when I assembled it the first time I got it. I put in for a replacement. The replacement never came probably because of Black Friday mail traffic. I canceled the order got my refund and repurchased. I love this thing. Easy to assemble just don't tighten the screws too tight. I'm a disabled girly trying to get some exercise in. I love that this stays up and I don't have to take it down and put it away each time. My husband and I use it constantly even just for stretching and relaxing our backs. Worth the price!

Simple, protective
For the price it's a good value. Has padding. I weight 170 and it feel like it will hold fine. The z bracket is pretty necessary although it seems flimsy it does hold it in place, it just slips behind the molding.

Sturdy Construction, Limited Door Frame Compatibility - A Three-Star Review
I recently purchased the ProsourceFit Multi-Grip Lite Pull Up/Chin Up Bar to enhance my upper body workout routine conveniently at home. While the bar boasts sturdy construction and multiple grip options, I found its compatibility with certain door frames to be limited, resulting in a three-star rating. One of the standout features of this pull-up/chin-up bar is its heavy-duty build. The steel construction instills confidence in its durability, ensuring it can handle the rigors of regular use. The foam padding on the grips adds comfort during workouts, reducing strain on the hands and making it more pleasant to use.The multi-grip design is a great advantage, allowing for various hand positions during pull-ups and chin-ups. This versatility targets different muscle groups, enhancing the effectiveness of upper body workouts. It's a valuable feature for those looking to diversify their exercise routine and focus on specific muscle groups. However, I encountered an issue with the bar's compatibility with certain door frames. While it fit securely on standard door frames, I found that it did not properly fit on some wider or non-standard door frames in my home. This limitation was disappointing as it restricted my ability to use the bar in certain areas of my house. The installation process was relatively straightforward, with no need for additional tools or drilling. The adjustable design allows for easy setup and removal, making it convenient for users who want to install and remove the bar as needed.I did notice some movement and slight instability during my workouts, particularly when using the outer grips. This could be a concern for individuals who prefer a completely stable bar for pull-ups and chin-ups. It's important to use the bar with caution and ensure it is securely installed on a compatible door frame. In conclusion, the ProsourceFit Multi-Grip Lite Pull Up/Chin Up Bar offers sturdy construction and multiple grip options for effective upper body workouts. Its steel build and foam padding enhance the overall exercise experience. However, the limited compatibility with certain door frames and slight instability during use impact its usability and functionality. If you have standard-sized door frames and are looking for a versatile and reasonably priced pull-up/chin-up bar, this model might suit your needs. However, if you have wider or non-standard door frames, it's important to check its compatibility before purchasing to avoid potential disappointment.
