EltaMD UV Physical Tinted Sunscreen for Face, 100% Mineral Active Sunscreen

Love it. Best tinted sweat resistant sunscreen out there and beleive me. I've tried many. It's difficult to find a brand without the harsh chemicals and even Elta MD has some options that include those chemicals but this one seems to be the lesser of evils. It has remained a staple in my skin protection regimen. I have Albinism, dry skin due to sebhorric dermatitis and in general very sensitive skin. I've tried many other brands includong Sunbum mineral tinted face, which was not the correct pigment and rubbed off very easily. This is the one I come back to again and again. I use it at the beach and when I go hiking in the mountains. It can cause increased dryness which is why I ventured elsewhere for a bit but ended coming back to it because nothing else compared to the sweat/water resistance, the ease of application, the pigment and honestly, the coverage- like others have stated, it does seem to cover blemishes very well. **Tip - I started applying a moisturizer before applying the sunscreen and then again at night after I've washed my face which seems to buffer the dryness. I wore this every day for 10 days hiking in Italy and my face didnt react until I finished the trek, which is impressive! You need to use a more hardcore moisturizer though, such as the Clinique 100H moisture surge!Also I want to point out that becauae I have Albinism and do not tan at all, I am living proof that this sunscreen works. I dont think people realize how often you actually need to apply sunscreen. It's not a one and done thing. Read the label, do your research and protect your skin!

I have tried this sunscreen around 5 months and I’m really like it! Not only does it provide excellent sun protection, but the subtle pink tint adds a light coverage, almost like a sheer foundation. It’s super lightweight, non-greasy, and doesn’t leave a white cast. Perfect for days when I want a natural, fresh look without heavy makeup. Highly recommend it!

For a quite long time I was looking for a larger tube of EltaMD sunscreen with zinc and titanium oxide in stores but only could find it at Amazon. So, I bought this one and truely can state I am more than happy. I found it an excellent finding. It covers the skin inpurities very well and provides me with effective protection. It has a slightly white cast, but that doesn't bother me because I use it everyday.

Ive been using this particular sunscreen from eltaMD for years now and have appreciated it. It doesnt feel heavy or caked on and evens out my skin tone. A little bit goes a long way, and the bottle lasts me for a while (so the price doesnt hurt as much). It does leave a slight white-ish tinge on the skin, which sort of absorbs over the day. And it does get a bit thicker as it ages, but still fine (I mostly notice this when I break open a new bottle and appreciate its smoothness).Was on their subscribe and save plan for a couple years, which for some reason my address is no longer eligible for. WIll have to try out another eltaMD product, :(

Great sunscreen, not oily and does not break me out and adds just enough color

Absolutely love this mineral sunscreen. Does not cause my skin or eyes any irritation due to mainly zinc and titanium dioxide as the sunscreen actives. Love the tinted formula as it hides minor imperfections. Will purchase again and again!

I have used a couple of different elta MD face sunscreens, and I really like this one. It's 100% mineral and pregnancy approved, and it's a plus that it comes in a 3oz bottle for a similar price to 1.7oz options. It's lightweight and not greasy, but still moisturizing. I do wish there was more of a tint though. It's super sheer, so it's mostly just preventing a white cast. That is great, but it really doesn't give much coverage in my opinion.

It is a great product but I did not like the tented version. The color was far to yellow for my pale complexion. However I felt it was very good for my skin as it did not break my skin out as most face products do. It also worked well as a sun screen. Therefore when I buy the clear now every time I run out of the product !
