The taste of this infused oil is spot on. Of the all the extracted tastes out their for Truffle this is indeed my favorite and I often prefer it to rich roasted veggies like Brussel Sprouts to actual truffle oil as it simmers in deep. I absolutely recommend.

Rancid. Not usable. I have family in Italy, and know good (or even usable) oil. This is very disappointing.

Used to create a new sauce for my work place, great used as olive oil but not much truffle flavor it’s not bad and ok big bottle will last for long time

It’s okay, I fell in love with Truff Black Truffle Oil, and bought this one because it was a bit cheaper, not the best, I use it to make truffle popcorn and I didn’t find the same taste. Taste more like just olive oil

The aroma is nice and this oil adds a deep fragrance to many dishes. It is slightly less expensive that other truffle infused oil, and that is also reflected on the quality of the aroma. Overall, I'm happy with it as it means I can still afford some truffle oil for less.
