You have to press into the center of them when you flip them inside out, and work your way around them to stretch the rubber into a "chef's hat" sort of mushroom shape.Otherwise they will just pop instantly.Once you've worked them around a few times like this, they take about 15-20 seconds or so to pop and they pop high and mighty lol.Just like the originals from the 80s/90sHighly recommend.

Doesn't work at all. Does not hold shape long enough to even set it down. The other reviews mentioning forming it to extend the delay did not work for the poppers I received. Total useless junk. There must be an older version that was better.

I order these all the time and I never had any kid or adult who didn’t have fun with them. They are inexpensive and can’t break. If the kids lose one, who cares, buy another bag. These pop real high and the kids just giggle and try to catch them.
