Its works magnificently
Game changer. THIS THING IS AWESOME. I use a 4lb maul with it. it fits decent sized wood pieces. i love using it. i was on the fence cuz of the price. it works like a charm tho. anyone can do it. dont try it when the wood has a knot tho. other than that heck yea. it makes it easy. and fun. lol. if ur needing to split pieces over 6 inches wide, you will need the bigger size up splitter. they do make one for larger chunks. this one suits my needs tho as i dont need to hand split large chunks of wood. i bet the larger one is awesome tho and as effortless as this one. all in all im a 💯 fan of this product. for the win.

The media could not be loaded. Safe way to make kindling! Fun for the whole family. Burned through a lot more wood because we were so excited to use it!

Nice but make sure you don’t put in a log the size of the hole. Because once you split it, it almost doubles in size.
