Amazon is the only brand I could find that makes a SMALL, rather than a SM/MED, which is TOO LARGE and LEAKS! Not to mention that the price is so reasonable! Now, I DO stretch out their usage by using an Always Discreet pad along with it which increases the usage cost but at the same time extends the life of the underwear! In order to keep from tearing the inside when I remove the pad, I only use the adhesive on the one-third ends of the pad, tucking the paper ends under so that it doesn't rip the absorbent middle part of the panty when I remove the pad to dispose of it. This has been working for me for MONTHS and they are undetectable under leggings (and everything else as well) and look GREAT-with NEVER a leak!

They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants.The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect.There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal.I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need.Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is!But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.
