The media could not be loaded. The smart lock from qubo is an excellent product from safety and durability aspect. Easy to install (installation done by qubo itself) & easy to configure. It can be configured with thumb print of every family member & makes usage seemless. The camera provided sends an instant notification on the configured mobile no and we can decide to open the door or not basis of the video answered on mobile.Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a electric smart lock that’s trendy and packed with features.

Been using for 2 years. Amazing product, works well. You get a physical key besides swipe card besides thumb reader. App is slightly buggy and needs improvement but otherwise very safe product. You also get great installation service which was absolutely fuss free.

This is a textbook case of false advertising and consumer fraud!Customer Support = ZERO Accountability1. Qubo’s Customer Care is Useless – After realizing the deception, I reached out for help. Their response? Absolutely no resolution, no explanation, and no accountability.2. Bought this Qubo Smart Door Lock with Qubo door bell, helps me manage my home entries much better. Lock quality is awesome. You get a call for all door bells and you can unlock it remotely. Works well with fingerprints, number code, rfid, otp and has key unlock feature as manual override. Safe and secure.It is really good. Worth the purchase
