I love licorice (especially red), and this is the very best I've ever come across. It is softer than most others which is of great benefit to those of us who occasionally lose a dental filling chewing on this kind of candy. I recommend it.

Soft and tasty

This is a great tasting licorice and without the high fructose corn syrup. The taste is 5 stars. The only downside is that it does contain red 40 artificial color though. The pieces are moist and the taste is very flavorful, easily the best tasting licorice I’ve had. The pieces are thick and even though it appears you get less, I only eat a couple at a time due to their thickness. It is a bit pricy and I can find the smaller bags in convenience stores for less cost than here, around $3.50 there compared to around $12 for the same size on Amazon, so the mark up is high. I’d venture out to the store if I wanted to purchase more but I’m definitely interested in trying other flavors. Very high quality and would be a go to 5 star review if it didn’t have the red 40.

They are my favorite licorice. Soft and great flavor. However, much cheaper at Menards or Cub.....under $7.00 for 24 oz bag.
