Excellent all round vitamin and mineral tablet. Although the tablet is on the large size it's easy to swallow and a good price. No aftertaste and contains all essential vitamins and minerals for general health. Just one a day is needed for adults.

Anything that's sealed, and it was because I heard the air go in as I opened the seal.stinks.dry roasted pea nuts are the worst. But some products have a gas to keep them fresh. Can't say I thought these tablets smelled too bad ( Anything with iron in smells including blood 😕) took the table no problem, no aftertaste or heartburn which I was slightly worried about. Will update review as soon as I feel these kicking in. Still not sure what all the sour milk stuff is about who sniffs tablets?😉open the bottle away from you. Multivitamins have a cabbage smell it's natural it's just a mixture of all the things in it ( and don't buy kelp ( seaweed tablets if you think these stink) .Now updating this review 4 days after original. These do smell Now much worse than when I broke the seal.Like a rancid fart.but they don't taste bad and I can feel them starting to work and I feel much better

Theses are good value, considering you get a years worth. They are easy to swallow and seem to have all the usual ingredients you expect. Quality is good. The only negative comment to make is they have a bit of a strange taste to them but you get used to it!

I've been taking these vitamins for a year now at the recommendation of a friend. I like the fact that you only have to take one a day. I would highly recommend this product.

I've just thrown away the rest of the tablets as I can't stand their smell. There's no aftertaste and I'm sure they do what is claimed but I find the smell unpleasant enough to make swallowing them difficult.

Good quality product and great value

Taste ok. Hopefully, they provide what it says but no way of confirming this - as with any other supplement.
