Why did you pick this product vs others?:Just okay, not completly SS made. Only supporting plate is of SS, rest are thin light metal, can rust easily.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACED WITH A WORST PRODUCT
I had bought this product a few months back and found it suitable for the price I paid. I reordered it a few days back but to my discontent the piece that was delivered to me had poor finishing and was scratched all over. All the same I asked for a replacement which arrived within a day. On opening the package I was disgusted to see that the replacement was in a worst condition so I asked for a refund. Does this supplier want to sell the product or are they in the business of collecting returns.I have recieved my refund and the supplier can relish the return.
