This arrived very quickly. I gave it a 5 rating for fast delivery but I haven’t had time to use it. This will be great when traveling keeping medicine cold.

I bought this after purchasing, and returning another (recommended) 20000mah battery, that was on sale. Even though there was a holiday discount, I didn't really want to spend this much BUT here's my advice: if you have the 4AllFamily Voyager Cooler, BUY THIS BATTERY! Other batteries, it appears, won't always provide the STEADY load you need to run the cooling unit. After a while, they'll shut down for a few minutes which, if you're transporting medicine, ain't a good thing.We charged this battery up and plugged it in for a cross-country trip. We knew that, once we were on the plane, we could just plug into the power there BUT, at the start of the flight, the power on plane was flickering in and out and kept the cooler plugged in this battery. THIS RAN STRAIGHT FOR 11 HOURS! The Voyager cooler kept the temperature as desired -- great unit, by the way -- and, when it was all said and done, there were still 3 out of 4 lights on the battery . . . incredible.You've spent the money on a insulin/medicine cooler that needs power? Buy this battery!

Love the idea of recharging from my suitcase with this but haven't been able to try it yet

This power bank works wonderfully with my medical refrigerator. However, the cord broke off at the connection the first time I used it. I bought a replacement cord and it has not broken with three weeks of intermittent use.

Long life, but charges slowly.

It's so slow to charge my samsung cell. Other than that it's ok.

Works extremely well. Used on numerous travels. No issues.
