Absorbs/dries quickly and no greasy feel. I have been leaning toward using unscented products, but this is organic and made with essential oils and the scent is a light citrus which is really nice - not overpowering nor is it irritating.On its own it almost feels like it's too dry after application on its own. However that isn't the case with the appearance - my skin doesn't look dry, still manages to look refreshed even around my eyes after erratic sleep schedules (which is where that tends to show through).I have also used the Brickell daily essential face moisturizer and see other reviews making similar comparisons. For overall feel, I actually think I give a slight edge to the daily essential moisturizer, mostly right now during the winter. Where I think I'll get the most benefit from the gel moisturizer is in the warmer, more humid months. Those days I feel like some products are liable to sweat off as soon as I leave the house, I can already tell the gel moisturizer will feel more balanced in that climate. These products tend to last a while and that's true of this one, a little goes a long way, so I don't doubt I can use it more in the spring.

The lotion has a slight citrus smell, which is nice. A little goes a long way, and I wish the bottle had a pump to better control the amount used.Applying this on your skin feels refreshing and almost has a slight tightening effect. I wouldn’t use this after shaving because it can sting a little. But overall this product does certainly feel like it has a rejuvenating effect, so it delivers what it promises in terms of rejuvenation.I would not describe this as soothing moisturizing. It feels more like a potent anti aging serum that really tightens the skin.

Hands down the best moisturizer I've tried and another weapon in my anti-aging toolbox from Brickell.This is a very light, yet effective moisturizer. Just a little goes a long way. It's non greasy and has a subtle fresh smelling scent which is perfect. I use it in conjunction with the company's face mask once a week and also day-to-day, especially after a few hours by the pool. It works good after shaving as well. I notice less wrinkles and a fresh, brighter appearance to my skin.I've been very happy with several of Brickell's anti aging products over the last few years and this moisturizer is another welcome addition to fighting back the effects of time.
