I started using this product after my hvac guy suggested them to help manage diabetes. He's super healthy, pushing 65, but you wouldn't know it. Very fit and agile. I am diabetic and control it with meds and a weekly shot. I read up on Black Seed and found the information overwhelming. My medical doctor isn't opposed to OTC products, but isn't knowledgeable about herbal remedies either. I'd feel better if I could get sound advice from a medical professional I trust. I cautiously decided on these because they say original, plain. There are so many variations. I started with one pill after breakfast for a few days, then switched to two daily after breakfast. I feel fine. No change at first, I've lost a few pounds and kept them off and have a sense of well being. My glucose has dropped to a daily manageable number and I am waking up at a normal range too. I try to be mindful of my diet, but I do enjoy sweets with our evening meal several times a week. So far, I've been pleased with results and optimistically curious at what my next A1C test reveals.

i've used this product for about 12 to 15 years...i developed asthma from repeated smoke inhalation...my sister had been a long time smoker...she also developed the condition (more severe) around the same time...we used meds, but we always try to find a healthful,drug free method to maintain or restore health...my sister found this product and this company; she had no option, but to stop smoking.since using it our lungs stay clear. mine are clearer than hers. i'm only troubled when i am exposed to smoke,toxic fumes, or chemicals, so of course i avoid exposure. her problem was more severe, but she does not use an atomizer or a machine...nor do i. i keep the drug around in case of emergency, but rarely (every other year or so) am i forced to take a puff. and then, it's only to alleviate that circumstance. i took six caps ea. day for about a year. now, i take them at allergy season and in flu season.i've another friend who's a long time smoker, a roofer and painter and generally one who's exposed sometimes to toxins. he's all but quit smoking; he takes them also. he takes them to help keep his lungs clearer...in essence, they work. i don't know why, i don't know how. i only know that they allow me not to be dependent on a "puffer". my sister is no longer exposed to the horrible side effects of a breathing machine. my friend's lungs function more clearly with black seed than without...try it for yourself...i believe you'll be pleased.

Third time buying the black seed products. I'm glad to say that I have not been sick with the flu or cold all winter probably the first time in my life. Everyone around me at work was getting this strain of flu that lasted more than a week and some even had a relapse after getting well. For many years, I suffered from any type of flu, cold, allergies, bronchial dis-eases, and was always cold while everyone was hot.One day I met a stranger on the street and told me everything about my illness. He told me that he had members of his family who always seemed cold no matter how hot everyone else felt. I used to look astonished a people who still work coats when it was hot to everyone else. Now, I'm one of those people. If I took off layers of clothes, by the next day I was sick. This stranger told me to get Black Seed with Garlic and I immediately went to Amazon to purchase.

First day I took it, I had digestive problems, 2nd day I took it, I had a mild headache, and the 3rd day a little gas. Subsequent days I didn't have a reaction. I guess it must have killed something, perhaps, and I kind of think of it as kind of a substitute for black walnut anti-parasite mix. I wouldn't take this initially if you plan to be around people since it can cause health and digestive issues.Don't think this particular product, in the dosage recommended, lives up to the hype of black seed oil. At least for me. For other people, the experience might be different. I still like it, but probably won't order it again.

It's beneficial for your health.

I took this product for about three months and during that time I felt pretty good overall and my belly seem to be shrinking. I wasn't sure if it was from these pills or the other new things that I started doing at the same time. When I ran out of the pills I did not buy more and after a month or two I noticed I was no longer seeing the same results. I just bought two more bottles and I'm hoping I to feel better and see my gut shrinking again. I will post in a couple months with an update.

I purchased the capsules and also the oil a few weeks ago intially for hair shedding and general well being. Im quite amazed with it, i drink two capsules a day and feel great no tiredness more energy also for those wanting to loose weight it works by controlling your appetite i hardly feel hungry. The verdict for hair is i have noticed less shedding and more thickness and volume as i do rub some oil on my scalp overnight or sometimes an hour before i wash it. I have also tried the oil on my face as a mask for half hour and washing it off, it does make your skin glow. Another thing this blessed black seed oil works on is fading scars, by this i mean burn scars a few months old and its only been 2weeks of use i rub the oil morning and night i have noticed a improvement. Its truly wonderful i wonder what else it will help its been great so far i highly recommend it to everyone.
