This brand of building blocks is so well made! No issues that my son has shared. I know he uses a little hammer to make sure pieces are really clicked together sometimes. The light component and details with this brand of sets is remarkable and this one is no exception!

Super happy with this set. It's time consuming and sat on my diningroom table when my eleven year old grandson wasn't here, but it will fit our lego city train board nicely and is amazing when lit. It includes some tiny connections in the lights and the decals can be a little challenging, but he enjoys a bit of a challenge, very fun. We'd recommend highly.

I just completed the train station after completing the matching steam train. Overall, fun to build, easy instructions, and near perfect fit. A couple of negatives that were resolved by customer support: Train (separate purchase) had one missing piece...it was ornamental, but has been completed. The train station (this item) had a bad wire and one piece that was an incorrect color. Both items were requested on the website and arrived within 2 weeks. However, there was no communication after my requests were made...the parts just showed up. My experience was great overall, and I will be purchasing another set soon.

Enjoyed this product. I paid $89.99 for it at the end of March 2025. Bit pricier now.

I am about three fourths through the build of this set. I have read all the reviews and one especially was pertinent to me. The small train car which is lighted presents a problem since the instructions call for mounting the switch inside of the car. I would agree with the reviewer in that you would need to remove the roof off the car any time you wanted to turn the lights on. He solved the problem by mounting the switch on the outside with Velcro which I will probably also do. I would also agree with the decal issue in that they are very hard to work with and apply. If you do not get them in the correct place the first time it’s too late. You can’t reapply them. Also they tear quite easily. Some type of improvement would be welcome. All in all it has been a great model to build. This is my second set to build, the first the other funhole steampunk train station. I made a few mistakes on the first one but learned from them on this one. I would certainly order another set when this one is finished.

I can not start with how many things FUNWHOLE got right with this.... LEGO LISTEN UP!!!!! They could REALLY learn something from this company. First off the price ABSOLUTELY reasonable for ANY budget....AMAZING deal. Secondly : The Presentation in the box and how the parts and stuff were packed. Beautiful organization and Lots of extras. Thirdly : The instruction book... THERE is soooo much right here ... from the instructions in the front of the book with how to do the lighting and how to use the tools to the "ANALOGOUS colors list". They actually included a prints vs physical color comparison so there is NO question what block color you used. The instructions are CRYSTAL clear and almost idiot proof. My only ...i guess gripe(?) is how fragile(?) the wires are.... How ever i understand why.... they are so THIN and tiny that they are easy to hide with in the build and the instructions for installing the lights per step is clear as a sun lit day. We are most certainly going to buy more fo the sets!!!!
