Within 2 weeks I have noticed a big change in my energy levels.I didn’t struggle to get out of bed and felt pretty energised during the day.Also my mood was so much better .I guess large concentration of group B vitamins were a game changer for me .I always take these in autumn /winter season.Highly recommended
