2 years old and still perfect
Rather than write a review when this type of product is first delivered, I've waited 2 years before commenting.Plus:- strong, substantial and has not deteriorated despite daily use, daily dishwasher, and fairly brutal treatment from teenage sons. Has not stained or discoloured, and generally looks like new.Minus:- way too much packaging to be environmentally friendly. Every item comes in an individual plastic bag. Use paper! The presentation box it comes in is great if this is a present (strong, stylish and sturdy), but how about an option to deliver without this at a reduced price to avoid the need to simply throw it away.

Reasonable price.
Nice cutlery and the outer case that it is stored in is also nice.However, I have the same problem as many other people before me have commented upon, the top cutlery tray is cracked and broken which is a shame. I imaging the cutlery moves around in transit causing this problem. Also do not attempt to use the carrying handle on the case as the lower draw cutlery will fall from its cutlery tray.Having said all of this, I will keep this item as its a reasonable price in comparison with the same item on other web sites.I have noticed that another customer has requested a replacement top tray, would it be possible to send me a replacement top tray too please? This would enhance the 'look' of this product.Hoping for a favorable response from you.

Let down by packaging
Very pleased with the quality of the cutlery BUT the internal tray holding the cutlery has been badly damaged in transit .Is it possible to send me a replacement - this would solve all the problems .

Pleasantly surprised to find that this was a metal case with pull out draw. Items are of high quality and look great. Would recommend this product.

Top Cutlery tray
top cutlery tray in broken in several places, no way to get just a replacement tray, always wants me to return whole set, which i don't want to do
