These are massive. The sizes are not as I am used because in germany the same name is associated with a different size. But otherwise, they are good quality and I can't complain: they do the job right and are comfy, so you won't feel them despite tue size.

These definitely work for my heavy flow can now go at least four hours without leaking only wish they had and applicator I could use with them.

These are brilliant-significantly more absorbent than pretty much anything else on the market. Thank you!

Can't fault these. Having very unpredictable periods due to perimenopause, these work brilliantly for the very heavy times. No leaks, great for swimming

I hunted for better absorbing tampons after using Tampax super. Their biggest absorbing tampons were not enough, and I had to double up with a sanitary towel.Lil-lets biggest tampon was brilliant.To say Tampax is supposed to be the biggest and best brand was a let down. Tampax only cater for the perfect bleeder… a light non erratic period.That isn’t me.I no longer buy Tampax, as their tampons are no good.

First time using these and I'll be buying again. I like that their is less usage of plastic or excessive packaging. Makes me feel I'm doing my bit for the environment, however small. I have ridiculously heavy periods and usually have to double up on pads and tampons. Especially at night. I still did with theses, just in case, but I'm pleased to say that despite having a nightmare monthly, these held up and did not leak once. The only issue I had with them was removing them. I stupidly didn't loosen the cord so I had something to tug on removal. Will definitely be buying these bad boys again and would recommend. Before this, I'd always buy Tampax (orange ones) and the highest absorbency, but I'd still get some leakage. These are much better in terms of absorbency. Not quite as comfy or as easy to remove, but it's a minor issue and for the overall functioning of the tampon does not take away from it. So will switch from Tampax to these now.

I have heavy periods and these Lil-Lets ultra tampons are the only ones that work for me overnight and out in public without leaking. Very absorbent and reliable. Wish they had an applicator but a small issue. Would highly recommend for heavy flows!

I have a medical condition which causes me to have extremely heavy periods. These tampons are an absolute lifesaver! For the first time in years, I managed to have a full night's sleep while on my period without leaking every few hours and I could go out in public without constantly worrying about leaks. According to the lil-lets website, these tampons absorb 18-21g (for reference, a tampax super plus tampon only absorbs 12-15g). If you have really heavy periods, I really recommend that you try these out!!!
