I was nervous ordering due to all the bad reviews, but mine came in clean. It had been reset to factory settings. Everything works the way it should (it is a 2 in one). We have been using it since 4/30, and today is 5/15, and we have not had any problems. We use it from online meetings, to just surfing the web. I am not disappointed at all! Thanks!!!

In perfect condition, was scared on how it would come in. Based on the reviews, but it came in better condition than I thought it would.

It is a well built piece of equipment and good for what it designed to do. I was looking for a possible solution to replace my dated MacBook Pro but this is not the solution for me. Too many limitations. I was hoping it would support all Android apps, but it does not. One thing I will say, if you like Chrome and Google products this is the ticket. In that environment it is a great tool.

The Dell chrome I received is in fairly good condition. The battery life is good however it keeps going back to the Lock Screen even when in use. This is a fault the seller should have detailed as this action should only happen when the machine is idle based on the time scheduled. I am vey disappointed

The media could not be loaded. We ordered 2 for our twins. The first one to arrive is amazing. It’s fast and works great. The second one is obviously older. It is wrapped and the wrap is coming up every where. It only holds its charge over 50%. It is not the computer I expected or purchased. It’s the luck of the draw it seems like. I’m giving 3 stars because the first one, as I said is amazing, and the second is a flop.

I just received this, so I can't speak to the long term only my first impressions.The box had a bit of weight, which told me that perhaps this computer is well built.Actually, it does feel fairly rugged, just enough weight yet still portable.The packaging was professional and the computer and power cord were pristine.I read the comments on lesser priced chrome books and was turned off, this seller is someone that I would buy from again.Chrome Book vs PC?Hey it does everything I ask, so far. I can have multiple tabs open on Chrome and can enable 'free VPN' in order to stream British TV from ITV.comThe most annoying thing, and it's really annoying, is that what would be the CAPS LOCK button is instead a SEARCH button. To enable CAPS LOCK first click ALT then SEARCH, click the same or SHIFT to disable.So far I am happy that I bought this!
