My midwife recommended this brand as a probiotic before labor to help prevent GBS and create a healthy vaginal flora. I think these worked very well. I never had any issues taking these. The capsules are not too large and the taste isn’t bad at all.

I’ve noticed a big improvement in digestion and less bloating since starting this probiotic. It’s easy on the stomach and doesn’t cause any weird side effects.

This product is fantastic. I've been having some issues off and on for about a year and my Dr. recommended these. I took them for a month and felt great. No side effects either. The pills are easy to swallow, have no smell that I've noticed and they have helped with my gut health too. After using them for a month, I switched to a brand that was less money. Unfortunately, my symptoms came back and now i am back on these pills and feeling great again. These are worth the money, even if they are a bit more expensive than other brands, because they do work.

Absolutely love these probiotics! They have helped tremendously with gut health and vaginal health. There is no aftertaste or smell.
