this started taking effect quick, it may vary from person to person but it suits well. The protien content is good too, while the taste is bad. Using it from last 20 days, some might get digestion problem but works for me well.

This was my worst choice ever. Not complaining about the protein content but only related to taste and mixability. I have been trying raw whey milk protein in water since long time so used to that unflavoured taste, also able to eat dark chocolate, black coffee easily too, so thought I can manage this pea protein too, but no, this is literally from another universe.First it has that wheat flour like texture once gets mixed with water, and the taste so terrible. Once I added some small water to finish off left over powder of shaker, that was my worst mistake, I literally were about to vomit 🥴🥴

PROS:1. It is Unflavoured. Good if you are looking to add your own flavor and hate artificial dyes.2. It is hard, but it does mix with water. Consume Immediately and use atleast 400-500ml per scoop.3. Low in carbs and High in proteins with all essential amino acids and it is Vegan.CONS:1. THE DESCRIPTION: it says ideally don't use with water, where as I found that it is the best way.2. It asks to use it with the flours for roti's etc. But, if you use that way it will lead to CONSTIPATION.3. It does not mix easily with water like most protein powders, but it does with some shaker's or blender's help.

I have been using this product since more than a year. The quality and pricing has been genuine but last product felt like a fake one. Texture felt powdery (not the protein one) and no thickness in protein shake.

Because it is unflavored pea protein... So taste is not gud... But quality and price is very reasonable.
