This is some strong stuff, but some of the best magnesium I've had (I've tried quite a few). Really works and man do I get some vivid (sometimes freaky) dreams but I generally always wake up feeling like I've had some decent sleep. I'd suggest trying one in the evening before bed to see how you get on. It's quite strong. It's also quite common to wake up randomly in the night after taking.. not sure why

Good product. It helps me to sleep better at night andd also helps to reduce the pain in my legs.It is also cheaper than other brands. Size of tablets are ok to swallow. Normal size, not too big.

Very good magnesium for bones & muscles by taking at night. I feel very relaxed n have very good relaxing sleep.

I’m on day 3 of taking these and woke a few times but evening 3 I’ve had the best sleep in months!! They are great! Would highly recommend!

Works well and manages to get to harder to get areas. Easy to use. The spray part works well.

Helped with my sleep the first few nights, still does relax me decently. Not sure it’s the best magnesium money can buy but it is cheap, witnout any nasty additives and - mostly - does the job. would reccomend if you’re on a budget

I was sceptical about taking these, but desperately needed something to help me sleep better. They work! I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my sleep. I fall asleep more easily, and if I do wake during the night, I’m able to drift back off without the usual struggle. I used to wake early and find it difficult to get back to sleep, but that's no longer an issue.I now wake up feeling much more rested and alert (like I've slept properly), which has made a massive difference to my mornings and overall day. The capsules are quite chunky, but the soft shell makes them slide down easily (unlike big, hard tablets).These provide a good dose of elemental magnesium, with added Vitamin B6 to support absorption.Highly recommended!

Massive Capsules, but no way round that due to the amount of daily recommended dose needed.Two caps needed each day, so could be a problem for some.Other than that they are what they are.My wife and I do believe they help with sleep at night.
