I use this to improve my sleep. It says to take 3 daily so I just take all 3 around 30minutes before I go to sleep ( unsure if that is correct way). When I take these my sleep is ten fold better.

I workout a lot and I find magnesium helps with the recovery and relaxing the muscles.This magnesium is branded as enhancing memory and cognitive function, I do feel great taking them overall (not just body and good sleep also mind) but it can be also the combination of other things I am taking and I am doing.There is 90 capsules in the dark blue plastic bottle. 3 to take daily with plenty of water.Ingredients: magnesium L-threonate, glazing agent - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (shell), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti caking agent - stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acidsCapsules are little bit bigger but still easy to swallow.I love taking them but not sure I can justify the current price.

This Neuro-Mag, Magnesium L Threonate, Minerals, Muscle Cramps, Neutrition supplement comes in bottle of 90 capsules inside, the recommended dose is 3 capsules a day with a lot of water so this bottle will last us for 30 days.The daily dose of 3 capsules contains 144mg of magnesium that you can supply your body with every day.These capsules are very good if someone has cramps and lacks magnesium in the body, taking them will not be such a problem, I've taken them before so I can certify that they really work.Great quality capsules at all, good value for money.I can easily recommend them to anyone.

L-Threonate is up there in terms of bioavailability on the magnesium front and has so many benefits it’s an essential part of my supplement regime along with a few other forms of magnesium to capitalise on all of the benefits. Probably worth noting that a hefty portion of the population is actually deficient in Magnesium according to a lot of research so definitely one to add to your regime if it isn’t in it already… I’ll start with the positives for this product specifically, firstly the brand is well established and I’ve personally used their products for years as they have a good reputation in terms of quality and the supplements they put out there. These magnesium capsules come well packaged in a premium looking/feeling Life Extension bottle. However I have a couple of gripes hence removing a star, my first problem is that I don’t know why in this day and age a company as big and well researched as Life Extension is still using ingredients and bulking agents like ‘Silicon Dioxide’, I just don’t think there’s any need these days with the technology available and I also thing it’s effects on health are questionable. Also I do think these are on the rather expensive side for a 1 month supply, especially considering you’ll (in my opinion) want to top this up with another form of magnesium to get your RDA.Overall a good supplement from a trusted brand, just wish they’d do away with the fillers and bulking agents .
