Unreliable for Remote Monitoring
I purchased the eufy HomeBase to monitor entry into my short-term rental apartment, using it in conjunction with the eufy door entry sensor. Initially, everything worked well, but after just a month, I stopped receiving notifications from the sensor. When I attempted to re-enable the alerts, the system prompted me to press the sync button on the HomeBase.This is highly frustrating, as I am currently traveling, and the whole purpose of installing such a security system is to monitor my property remotely without requiring physical intervention. Needing a manual reset after only a month of use defeats the purpose of having a reliable security solution. This has been a very disappointing experience.
