I never hit the gym without this waist trainer. I like that you can adjust the size to fit snugly without it being too uncomfortable. It definitely gives me the extra sweat boost I've been needing during cardio. I put it on and then wear my high waisted leggings over it. I feel more supported through my core and back, and it stays in place the entire time and doesn't slip or roll up. It's not too bulky either. At first, I was worried about a potential smell from the sweat, but I literally don't smell anything but the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer I use with it (Citrus Mint). After using it consistently, I've noticed a real difference in how much I sweat and how my waist is being defined. If you're trying to shape your waist, this is definitely my highly recommended must have.

It works, I wore this while painting because I was up and down a ladder, just wanted to see if minimal exercise generated heat, and I was soaked after. While wearing the wrap I notice I am thirstier, I'm not sure if this is going to do what I want, but it does make me sweat, so I have hope it will help a little. I love how snug it fits, it's not too tight or too loose and you can adjust the Velcro, but it is quite strong, so once it's stuck it's not budging. I can wear a shirt over it and it looks nice, very comfortable, I'm happy with this purchase.

What can I say that hasn’t been described earlier in other reviews. I love it. It’s amazing. It works with everything does not drip sweat from it. It’s all trapped inside until the boat is loosened and taken off. Which I thought was amazing although I have had it’s definitely able to hold a lot of someone of very minimal. The Velcro strength is amazing. It has amazing compression and back support and have used it in house cleaning the whole day and withstood a lot of torture lol. 5 starts for an amazing product and very versatile as it is easy to use. Also came it a convenient mesh wash bagOh I also love the non skip rubber use inner lining. Genius!!!

I have been using Sweet Sweat since 2020 during the pandemic era and it has never failed me! I had the original band with the sweat enhancer and I thought that was a combo. But this provides more coverage to the abdominal area and I love the back support. I sweat like crazy using this one so I highly recommend getting it.

There's a common misconception that wearing the sweat band while working out will actually make your waist slimmer, and while it may definitely appear that way at first, it's just making you sweat out water weight. It's not making you loose fat, and the "slimming effect" doesn't last because you'll just gain that water weight back later. Another thing I noticed was that because it made my mid sections sweat so much, it also made me break out. I found a bunch of tiny, pimple-like bumps all over my stomach the very next day.. and I showered immediately after using it. Overall, I don't think buying this is worth it. It for sure works and does what it's supposed to but the effects are not long lasting and all it did was make me sweat and then broke me out. It doesn't make you lose fat and definitely doesn't give you an hour glass shape long term.

I had a sweat belt from a different brand 5 years ago and it did the same thing for half the price but it’s fine. This sweat belt is still good. I put this on before going on the treadmill or stairmasters and it makes me look super snatched after my workout lol.

This waist band really works. It is adjustable and stays in place while giving a lot of support. It we’ll cause you to sweat a lot and if it gets smelly just toss it in the washer. I don’t recommend using fabric softener or hot water. Just detergent and hang dry. It’s even available it big guy sizes and is made to last.
