Good blend of magnesium
Taken with VitD3 & K2 to aid with their absorption. Won't know if it works until my next blood test. Several capsules were half full. Poor quality control. I had no adverse reaction to the blend. May or may not purchase again.

No likey: pills too big and takes too many pills to get high enough dose
I have been taking magnesium for years for prevention of migraine. I am always on the hunt for a better magnesium supplement. While a full dose of this product is 3 pills, I have noticed I don't always have to take a full dose in various products to get the desired results. I noticed with this product, 1 pill was not enough, but 2 pills is. The pills are kind of large, so putting 2 of them in my daily pillbox takes up a lot of real estate. Product works for what I need, but I won't be buying again because I'd like to get by with 1 pill and not sacrifice so much space in my pillbox.
