This item was purchased for my wife to replace a similar, but more expensive, product. She likes the lighter weight, the longer arm straps, the smaller neck piece that fits more comfortably and the more convenient location of the controls.

The massaging platforms that spin and gave the massaging balls on them cracked on the part that connects it to the spindle. I had one from years ago that I bought at Brookstone and the material wore out but none of the mechanisms have. I have an old t-shirt rigged on it so I can use it but bought another one for my wife, at it has broken after 3 months of casual use.

I carry all of my stress in my neck and shoulders. As a stay at home parent, I do not have the availability to visit a masseuse on a regular basis. This has absolutely saved me so many times! I love how easy it is to use and the heat function is a game changer!

Very disappointing. The older ones are much more effective and higher quality

Is this product actually Brookstone?It initially worked well and broke in 31 days right after the return window closed.

This product is amazing. The best shoulder and upper back massage/ way better than an expensive salon. The heat function is wonderful addition.
