Quality is impressive
I had a 600 watt NutriBullet that needed to be replaced. I hesitated on buying a new one because my old one leaked and I didn't want that experience again. I took my old one apart only to find out the leak wasn't causing it not to work, but a plastic part was broken not allowing it to turn on. I bought the Ultra model and I couldn't be happier. It is a huge improvement over the 600 and 900 watt models. Most importantly, this upgraded version is built with a seal so nothing can drip into the motor area. I love the auto shut off after 30 seconds. It is easier to use, a much superior product and blends perfectly. I also was surprised at how much I appreciate the suction cup feet. Brilliant improvement. I use it a lot for vinaigrettes and every speck of cilantro, garlic, and ginger gets blended. Smoothies come out perfectly. I find myself using it way more than my old one because it works so well. If I just need to blend a small amount of something it actually works better than my Vitamix. Absolutely no leakage. I put the plastic mixing cups in the dishwasher and hand wash the blade. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend. If you are looking for an upgrade in quality or questioning if it is worth the price don't hesitate, it is.

Great blender for individual servings
I love this! I wanted a blender that had individual cups to make daily protein shakes but wasn’t too big and bulky. This fit the bill perfectly and has a lot of power; it easily handles frozen fruit plus a few ice cubes. It pulverizes everything I put in it, and you can easily order extra blending cups on Amazon. It’s durable and doesn’t leak. High quality item that I highly recommend! If you push the top button it runs for 30 seconds and then stops automatically. I wait a few seconds for any pieces left to settle to the bottom, then hit the bottom button for a few seconds and it comes out perfectly every time.

Very good smoothie maker
I love this blender. It makes a smoothie with frozen fruits a breeze to make. My other blender was not so good. I just stick the washable parts in the dishwasher.

Perfect for on the go!
The durability of this machine is great! It is easy to use and it even blends kale. It’s ease to wash by hand or in the dishwasher. There is no leakage and no after smell like the Ninja unit had. The capacity is great I can fit a large amount in the 32oz cups provided. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there are no measurements on the cup. I thought that it was really useful on the Ninja. However, I would buy this unit again 100 times before ever buying a Ninja again!

Falls apart with choking hazard. Working turn on at 6mo.
Summary: Unit randomly stopped working at 6months. Plastic pieces on the drinking cup lid fell off into my smoothie, I swallowed one wondering why my drink was sharp, then chewed on one the following day (the day the unit who l wouldn't turn on). Im a healthy 36yr old woman, if case my smoothie drinking ability is questioned - not senile, not 5 years old.Nutribullet now drags me through a 'just give up process' when I requested a refund. Well guess what, I'm not giving up, no, I'm getting my refund.Update: After emailing answers twice, calling, I've now been requested to respond to the following. I can't help but wonder if this is a complaints box strategy designed to put people off seeking refunds or replacements for broken units? I've already sent images and answered questions over email and the phone. They can't issue a refund either, because I bought it via Amazon 🙄... suppose I'll just post this here instead.Email I was sent today:Thank you for your recent call. We’re so sorry you’ve encountered an issue with your NutriBullet and apologize for the inconvenience but we are here to help. To asses the issue with your unit reply to this email, please submit pictures of the unit and answer the following questions.1. Photographs of the blades top and bottom;3. Photographs of the vessels (cups); and4. Any replacements of cups, blade or any other parts of the unit?5. Any prior issues?6. How often was the unit used?7. A complete explanation of what recipe you were following, and or what was being blended, temperature of the ingredients, and time spent blending.8. Complete explanation of particles and any photographs that you may have depicting the incident.Previous review:Stopped working randomly at 6 months - worked yesterday, today it won't turn on. Hopefully they replace it or refund it. I'd prefer a refund and to downsize because of the reasons below...Love it for anything 20 ounces and up. There are no smaller cup capacities that fit this unit. Nutribullet makes a nice small 18oz cup for every model...but this one. Buy the model down, still 1200w, but more versatile. Can't make small quantities in it - just gets pushed up the sides into the cavity. Not able to blend icecream thickness stuff, just blends a cavity around the blade (eg smoothie bowl is a no)
