I run everyday so I go through lots of sports drinks daily. I got kinda bored of the other drinks I was having and wanted to find another more affordable drink so I decided to try Bodyarmor Lyte. I choose the "Dragonfruit Berry" flavor and I'm pretty happy with what I got.Pros:- Tastes great! Doesn't have that chemical aftertaste you usually get with sugar free drinks.- Low Calorie! Uses stevia so no sugar is added leaving it at only 20 calories.- No Dyes! This one is a big one for me, it has none of the bs dyes they use in other sports drinks like Gatorade like red 40- Vitamins and Minerals! Contains lots of super important vitamins like b6 and b12 which are super important for our bodies. Good list of minerals too with calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium, all at good amounts.- Good Bottle! The packaging this comes in is pretty basic but the bottle itself is really good with thick plastic and a good wide cap.Cons:- The coconut water used in this product is a concentrate which is not as good as just regular coconut water but honestly I would not have known if I did not check the label.- Some of the vitamins and minerals are not in the best form they could be. The Magnesium in the drink is magnesium oxide which is not very bioavailable for our bodies compared to something like magnesium citrate or glycinate.Conclusion:For the price I think that this drink is definitely worth it. There are some areas the drink could be improved but overall it is a great tasting affordable healthy drink.Hopefully this review helped! 😊

Love these! Went through cases and cases of body armor in different flavors! I'm picky about my flavors and this one is a good solid option. For one, body armor alone is fantastic, especially when breastfeeding. It's made with coconut water which is so beneficial for a breastfeeding mom. It is very hydrating which supports that milk supply and helps replenish your body for what it needs. I love that these are a healthier option for those counting the calories! This is a terrific option. I love having small bottles to easily get a hold of. They fit in the side pocket of my diaper m.?

The Best taste great flavors. Read all labels to see low sodium. Most have MG of electrolytes. They also include vitamins most don't get or in some cases can't tolerate. No caffeine. Taste is lite even with sugar. Kiwi/strawberry sold often amazing flavor but most expensive. Cherry lime or cherry lemonade taste great but will have a diuretic effect. Don't suggest before bedtime.Deli

I drink these one the daily and low calories too. Only downside is sometimes the shipping is very slow.

The name may be marketing magic and therefore misleading and lies but I was surprised how much value they tried to add for my purchase. Three kinds of flavors I like according to label ingredients, some vitamins, and low calorie stevia.Tastes about the same but I like the banana and coconut vitamins and stevia. Nice effort. A win.

As someone who doesn't drink enough water and gets chronic migraines, these have been my go to drink. I cant stand an overly sugary or artificial flavor drink. These have way less of a sugary flavor in comparison to the regular Bodyarmors drinks.
