I bought this for my son’s room as a Christmas present. His room is 3mx4m and when the projector is on his bedside unit the projection almost covers the whole ceiling. As you can see from the pictures it is super clear and bright. It comes with 12 extra slides so 13 in total. You can adjust the focus to make the images sharper and this makes the detail really impressive, especially the moon slide.My son did put a slide in upside down and the slide drawer got stuck but that was his fault and I managed to get it out with the help of a blunt knife!It’s silent, plugs into a USB plug and can be static image or rotate on 2 speeds.It’s great value and we are very impressed. My other children want one for their rooms now!

I have read some of the 1 and 2 star reviews but my experience has been different, this product is great, it operates in silence, I love the fact I can change discs, I have it on my bedside table (at the far end of my bedroom) but you can angle the whole unit, so even from there I can get it to cover my whole ceiling, then you can fine tune the image using the focus, I had the moon and stars last night and the moon was huge you can see the moons face in perfect detail - yes its basic in as much as it only has 3 buttons - 1 is the timer, 1 is the speed and the last one is the one/off switch. Yes you have manually change the discs but the longest timer setting is the 4 hour default (other timer setting are 1 or 2 hours) , which is more than enough time to read a book, then fall asleep watching the cosmos slowly turn on your bedroom ceiling. For the price (and you can pay £50-100 for some of the more advanced ones) this is great value for money and much better then some of the same priced options I have bought in the past

Focus isn't always the best, but there's a fair few good options & it's really pretty to watch with some background music on, staring up at the stars.

Completely underwhelming.My whelm, could not be any further under.Complete waste of effort. You WILL be disappointed

I've been really impressed with this projector - the kids absolutely love it as a night light. The pictures are great, and it included two extra boxes of the discs to project (making 13 in total). The image is more than sharp enough, but you may need to adjust the focus dial on the top. Which is easily done.In terms of functions it has adjustable rotation speeds (Off/Slow/Fast) and adjustable off-timer (1hr/2hr/4hr). No remote control. It doesn't make any noise as it rotates, or at all. The quality is fine, it feels light and is made of white plastic on the body with black plastic on top.We've been using this every night for nearly 8 months without any problem. It works, and it works well. We bought it on a sale, and I had looked at several before deciding on this one. Very happy with that decision, and would definitely recommend it.

Bought as a Christmas present and tested first. I was disappointed that despite the focusing ring on top of the unit it was not possible to get a sharp image, as if you were looking at a night sky. This will be down to the quality of the discs that come with it.It is powered via a USB lead but there is no plug with it and the USB lead is very short. You have to source a plug that delivers the correct voltage and because the USB lead is so short you are very limited as to where the unit can be placed. It will be necessary to also buy a longer USB lead (or mains extension lead) to be able to be able to put it on a surface higher than the floor.I was hoping to get a better quality unit than the many similar ones available, some at half the price. At half the price I wouldn't have been so disappointed.

This was a gift for my niece and I can tell you she loves it. The brightness and all the different options are excellent. It feels like it’s a good quality product. It covers the whole ceiling in a double bedroom and partly the walls. Different colours and shooting stars. It would make an excellent gift as a sensory item. Highly recommended.

This lamp is just right for bedroom or living room it’s very relaxing calming to watch, not too bright, there’s no noise it’s very easy to use you just put little discs in. it functions well and looks futuristic and spacey, there are all different cosmos, galaxies and coloured gases to choose from
