Good product but the price is too high, other brands of same quality much cheaper.I’ve used this brand for years but time to switch.

I was told by my DoTerra (oils) rep / Reiki practitioner that I should start taking these. I searched online to read benefits and there was not much. I went ahead and bought some from my local vitamin shop.I took one a day for over two years. I did not notice anything change for my body, my skin, or my nails. But I did notice my hair seemed a lot healthier. Then it hit me, I was not sick once the entire time I was taking these.Once I got pregnant, my Dr told me to stop due to not much knowledge on them. But once I stopped breastfeeding, I went back to one a day.Again, no sickness. I have a 4 month old and a 12 year old. So, my belief, is they are doing something for my immune system.I just wish there was more studies done so I can feel safer having my 12 year old take and convince my husband to take. But as of now, I will continue 🤗

I've been using this product for over a year, i really like it and the way it makes me feel. The flavor - you won't taste it if the capsule doesn't burst, but if it breaks it'll have a peppery taste. Drink plenty of water as some folks complain about an aftertaste once it is digested. I think it's easy to swallow. I cannot speak about the pain relief, but I've had some one close to me who vouches that it does relieve aches and pains.. Read up on it before you buy it.
