This is a great formula that works. I took two and felt a difference within about an hour. It helps in many ways. It gives you a good dose of Fenugreek, Ashwagandha and Ginseng, which are all great in this kind of formula. Do some research about the various ingredients and see if it will help you. It has helped me and so I am happy to recommend it.

I have been taking a different supplement which is meant to help with clear thought, and am working out how to transition to this. Although it might not be obvious when they work, it does feel a bit like not having had that second cup of coffee when I haven't taken one in a day.These capsules do have a different taste to others I have used, and they are certainly not tasteless. It isn't too bad, you aren't meant to sit there chewing them. I would recommends that they are taken with water.I am not convinced that any of the other effects hinted at other than those of the clearer thought are present. I am also not sure that the full dosage of 2 is of benefit to me.

When I started using this product, I noticed that muscles fatigued and my joints ache. I used a similar product which did not give me the same effect but stopped using the previous one because I had to take 4 capsules a day and whereas the product under review is 2 capsules a day.I do all sorts of physical training and into martial arts and I have largely survived without any supplements but in recent months, I decided to try some testerone boosting supplements. The description of this product is perhaps unclear as to what to expect in details, but I will not be using it again.

I gave this pill to my boyfriend who has tried various methods for this aim before and I was impressed with the results.
