Works great so far
Product arrived undamaged in shipment with all required parts. I started a mead on the same day and it's been fermenting for three days so far. No signs of leaks near the spigot (the instructions helped explain the assembly and urged to check for leaks before use). The legs were easy to assemble and despite their size seem to handle the weight of the must very easily. Looking to handle primary fermentation in this one and transfer the ~1-gallon batches for adding fruit and backsweetening later. The vessel is pretty thick for as light as it is. About as thick as a normal Tupperware bowl, but the bottom (cone shaped) part is much thicker and the thickness sort of tapers off as you near the lid.The spigot assembly can seemingly be replaced for about 3.00 USD, but seems pretty solid. The spout fits right into my 1/2 inch (inner diameter) transfer tubing pretty snug--so much I had to hold the spout while removing the tube in fear of bending the spigot accidentally. I really like the adhesive thermometer. Very simple but effective. The wide mouth made it much easier to reach in for deep cleaning before use.One small concern I had was attempting to slide the vessel into the rack while the spigot is attached, I had to tilt the entire vessel slightly to ensure the spigot didn't catch on the rack and bend it accidentally, although I'm not sure there is really anything that can be done to address it.Another mild concern is the included pamphlet showcasing the design and included parts lists the container as a 3-gallon vessel. This can likely hold three gallons but leaves almost no head space, and I purchased 3-gallons of water along with enough honey for a 3-gallon batch, which left me adding more honey than I originally intended. There are raised markings on the rear of the vessel noting these measurements.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product and excited to see how this batch goes.

Clever product & top notch customer service
The conical shape of the fermentor is ingenious. The sediment collects there. Plus the stand and spigot allow for easy bottling in the sink, letting the natural flow of gravity replace the syphon. As for customer service, they are over the top. Responsive, timely and very enthusiastic about answering our questions. Couldn’t ask for more!

This product does not work for mead or wine .
I made the mistake in buying this fermenter because I wanted the Two gallon batch. The container is not air tight and has leaks. Notice the air lock has no gas pushing through it.

Great fermenter but watch for the spigot.
I own two of these now, the spigot is a bit weak and flimsy lost 2.5 gal of mead when I bought my second one, then amazon customer service sucked to work with and I had to go to Brew Demons website. Brew Demons customer service on the other had 5/5 they sent me a replacement spigot along with a recipe kit to make up for my lost brew. I will buy from their site directly when I need anything from now on. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is the spigot isn't sold on amazon, and brew demons shipping would have cost me as much as the new spigot to buy. (about 10 dollars a spigot after shipping)

Great product
This makes it much more easy to rack than using a bucket. Less mess and less time to make a batch and rack it to the next containers.

A great fermenter!
Brewed a batch of mead, and this conical fermenter was awesome! I do have concerns over the spout still, like I don't expect it to last and won't be adjusting it after install. Also to that point, you do not have to crazy tighten the nut behind the spout. It looks like you should, but I'm betting that's what leads to it getting broken. Didn't happen here, and would still recommend.

Works well
For various reasons, I don't always want to use my 6 gallon fermenter. This fits the bill for smaller batches. Easy assembly, no leaks and good beer. I'm happy with the purchase!
