Good on nutrition and taste, easy to cook, gut friendly food
I eat this almost everyday and here's my review:1. Nutrition: It's a solid 10/10. High protein, high fibre, low card, low fat and gut-friendly. Finding all of this in one ingredient is so rare. And the best part, it's all clean with no preservatives.2. Taste & Texture : I found the flavours well done, they can be a bit too powerful at times (which I like), but if you make it in a sandwich or roll with other ingredients, it pairs really well. The more I am eating it, the more I am enjoying it. The texture is really good and it's firm with a bit of bite but not very chewy. The flavours are well absorbed.3. Cooking : It's very easy to cook, 3 mins and it's ready.Overall, I recommend to try it.

Ingredients has corn starch, sugar, rizopus, chemical stabilizers
Bought the product thinking it is nongmo so must be healthy. On amazon the photos don’t show the ingredients page. I saw ingredients on the actual carton. It has sugar, corn starch, Rizopus, colour etc. This is not exactly a healthy product

wrapped in carcinogenic plastic endocrine disruptor package
taste is bland but ok. texture is weak. ingredients are super healthy that is why i ordered it. but. ruined by nanoparticles of plastic (carcinogenic endocrine disruptors). why not wrap in food grade foil bags like tofu?
