I’m always suspicious of food supplements as for most of them you can never really tell if they’re doing any good or not. You usually take them because you think better with than without. I’ve been taking these for a month (they recommend four months) but I can already feel and see the difference they are making. I never knew anything about this supplement. Perhaps they don’t want you to know because of the benefits of it. I have ordered more to complete a four month course. This brand is definitely beneficial for your wellbeing. .

I take this to help liver function and digestive and food intolerance and I've noticed benefits 3 weeks after my first dose. I physically FEEL lighter, less bloating, no more heartburn, regular bowel movements where there used to be constipation and my overall energy levels are raised. This is my second brand i have tried so far. It was good value for money.I take 1 pills on the empty stomach in the morning and sometimes in the eve as well, before sleeping. I did not noticed any negative effects so far after a half of the container.Its good potency compared to the other brands in the same price range. Overall i am happy with this product. It came fast, and with no issues.

there are a lot of fake TUDCA out there i have even baught some myself from nutra peak and it was totaly fake, TUDCA has a very bitter taste so if what you have has no bitter taste at all even when the caps are opened, its not TUDCA, what realy concerns me is what is it if not what its supposed to be?but you can rest easy as this is TUDCA.recomended.
