Well made for the price.And they include screws and a key.Tricky to fit as they require a 5/8 inch or 16mmhole bored in the door and frame so careful measuring is a must.Use a pilot drill first don't try to drill with a 16mm first!

They did the job with some adjustmentsUsed to replace an older unit that was failing, the measurements are just a little out, so the existing holes had to be enlarged and reconfigured the fittings with a chisel and a metal file.The #key' is so long it sticks out the other side of a standard internal door, so I used the old Chubb one.Likewise the screws have a tiny head and are sift brass, I used the Chubb screws again.It does work, so in the end I am happy enough, I did not expect an exact fir after all these years.

I bought these to do a quick security job - what an error the old say of buy cheap but twice springs to mind.They superficially look the part but they are ratchety and tended to lock up with the bolt either in the recessed position or in the extended locked position. I had the feeling that they would fail in the extended (locked position) so bout more expensive items from another company and a recognised make.I cannot recommend these.
