I had a issue with the product after few months of using it, the soya beans were not grinding properly. I contacted the customer support and Payel Ghosh attended to it. She did a video call and confirmed on the issue and immediately helped me get a new replacement for the product.Very happy with the customer support issue got addressed and got replacement within a week!

The size of this is really small. The dept of contents it holds is half of what you see as you see. Can make make 1-2 cups of nut milk. I was hoping to make more than that and keep it in the fridge. Making nut milk takes 15minutes. I think you can achieve this in a normal blender. It also only makes the nut milk hot. Not sure if theres a cold option. Had I known, I could have just used a normal blender as this device is quite expensive. I made almond milk. You'd want to use a strainer for sure for all the leftover pulp.dropped this down to a 1 star as i do not recommend buying this at all. the company also has not responded to me.

Agaro product was good.But after using 5 months, it stopped working.The Agaro service response was good & replaced the product.
