One of the oldest, best brand & wide range of models in water purifier segment. The pricing is justified, services after sales is great. Well trained technicians team is available pan India all 7 days.

Good taste but TA not included.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's working great and taste is also good but don't know about Taste Adjuster, technician said that is not included in here.(not required actually)

Very pathetic service by Aquaguard
The experience with Aquaguard brand is really pathetic and frustrating. I have ordered a Aquaguard delight NXT Aquasaver water purifier through Amazon. The Amazon has delivered the the machine next day and technician from Aquaguard came for installation. He has checked the water flow of tap water and told me that this machine will not work as it does not have pump to fetch water. He has not even opened the sealed box and told me to return the machine. I have asked him to provide me job sheet for his visit, he told that every thing is online and he will report internally. Then I am started following with the Amazon for return of the machine and they were asking me to provide job sheet, which Aquaguard has not provided. After many request on calls to amazon customer care and on lot pursuation, Amazon agrees for taking return. When I was waiting for pickup boy to get machine collected, the status on Amazon app started showing return cancelled. I immediately called up to Amazon, then they told me the pick up boy has mentioned reason as product not matching, without even visiting my home for pickup. The Amazon has put-up the matter for investigation. I am still waiting for product to getting return. In the same Tap my old Kent RO was working absolutely fine, as it becomes older and have some leakage issue, therefore I think of replacing it with new machine. I have even called Aquaguard helpline to provide job sheet or mail directly to Amazon regarding their technician visit, but they have done nothing.

Aquagaurd delight water purifier is working very fine. The installation was done on the same day of delivery, thanks to Eureka Forbes.
