There's an amazing assortment of fruit in the mix, which is commendable. What spoils it for me is the addition of both sugar and glucose-fructose syrup, rendering a mix already bursting with natural sugars, ultra-sweet. It has great fruit taste, but it's just too sweet for me.I have a strong personal dislike of glucose-fructose syrup on health grounds, because it's a manufactured substance that the body cannot assimilate. It's known to be bad for your health, so I avoid it. If it weren't for the two added ingredients mentioned I'd be delighted to continue eating this fruit mix, but having tested it, I think I'll stop there. If you have a very sweet tooth it might not bother you so much, and we all have different tastes.

The best balanced mix of dried fruits I have ever had, just the right amount of each fruit and great variety, LOVE it! Not expensive either, and the coconut slivers are a nice touch too.

It's chopped pretty fine. The stuff is pretty whacky some of it so be prepared. If you like dates, raisins and that kind of fruit then great. If you like the idea if thd mango and papaya I suggest a different bag as there's not loads
