Good one. Cleans the vessels very neatly without leaving any smell . The package was sealed properly. The detergent powder ( 1 kg) may last for 2 to 3 months and so economical. Go for it.

I'm really surprised to see the results. I have midea 8place dishwasher and the dishes comes out sparkling clean. I can't believe I spent so much money on finish for 2years. I simply gave fortune a try. Turns out to be amazing and cost effective. I followed these steps to get shining dishes1. Its important to use salt and rinse aid2. Have to remove all the residue from dishes3. Scrub a little if the residue is hard or dried or u can stop in middle of cycle and scrub a particular vessel which has more stain like milk pans4. It cleans amazing only in eco mode5. Only half a spoon detergent for entire load. Or u may get white patches. May be full spoon for above 12plate dishwasherPls like if u find this helpful

Fortune starter kit was my first purchase for my new dishwasher. It worked well..very well in fact. Utensils were coming out clean and shining. I was very much impressed with my LG dishwasher and fortune detergent, salt and rinse aid combination. Life became so much easier. After a month or so , I opened the next pack. It was working fine for 4-5 days and then something went wrong. The utensils were not properly cleaned and covered in white dust which will stick more and more with every wash cycle in dishwasher. It had to be removed by hand scrubbing only. Some steel utensils got permanent rust like stains. Horrible.Then began the tiring and time consuming series of calls to LG customer care . Their technicians were clueless. After several visits , they took it to the workshop and changed something in the salt compartment suspecting the leakage of salt. It was returned after 2-3 days ( we had to wait for 1.5 months till the ordered part was delivered from the company) but with no improvement in the results. Again several calls and several visits of the technicians. Devastating. The 50k machine was useless. Heartbreaking.Then I tried IFB detergent ....and everything became fine! Wow. So, the previous detergent was fake...was my conclusion.But....after a month or so, same thing happened with the IFB thing too.GrrrrI tried fortune tablets next. Again...it worked. And again it stopped working. All the white patches were back.Then I shifted to finish quantum max. It started working again. Thank God.So....what I discovered after a year of agony ( I bought a TDS meter online) ..is that the water supply in my area had fluctuating TDS. When the hardness was low, fortune was good. Hardness increased, IFB detergent worked. More increase , fortune tabs will work. Further increase , finish quantum tabs will work.Moral of the story- Hardness of water is the culprit and should be the only deciding factor.Fortune is excellent upto a certain TDS level. If it is not working, doesn't mean it is fake. Just check your TDS and you will know.Edit- If you have hard water in your area, it would be best to install mini water softener for your dishwasher. Will save lots of detergent, dishes will always be clean with cheapest products and dishwasher will last looonggg
