5 Stars – Excellent Camera with Local Storage and Impressive Night
I’ve been using the Eufy e330 camera for a little while now and I’m thoroughly impressed. One of my main requirements was avoiding a monthly subscription since I already have a NAS at home. Thankfully, this camera supports local storage, which makes it a perfect fit.Setup was straightforward, and I love that it comes with two solar panels—especially since I mounted the cameras in locations that don’t have easy access to power outlets. The solar panels keep the battery topped off without any extra hassle. The Eufy app is user-friendly and lets you arm or disarm all cameras—or just individual ones—with ease. Whether I’m at home or away, I can control everything remotely without any issues.Where this camera really shines is the night vision. It’s not the typical black-and-white you get with most cameras—instead, you still get color night vision, and the clarity is excellent. This has honestly been one of the best night vision cameras I’ve used to date.Highly recommend the Eufy e330 if you're looking for a solid, subscription-free camera with reliable performance and great image quality—day or night.

Better than advertised!
I had an Arlo Pro 2 camera system that I've used for the past 6 years and wanted to upgrade. An upgrade doesn't even cover it! Setup and Installation is easy even for an old man like me. Quality, well part of it is to be expected going to a 4k camera system but the image is fantastic and the night vision is unbelievable!! Another very noticeable thing I didn't hear anyone else talk about when I did my research is the speed. The time it takes from clicking on a camera till you receive an image is fast. Way faster than the Arlo system. Another thing I noticed is the charging and battery life. I thought something was wrong at first, it looked like I the cameras weren't using any power and not charging. Upon closer inspection I realized it was just using so little and charging so little it doesn't move the graph noticeably. The downside, well there are very few things to complain about with this system but one thing is the documentation. There is very little to no instructions for the software the cameras use, or at least I couldn't find much. I asked customer support and they gave me a link to a video that was less than helpful. But if you're not scared to play with the system you can figure out what does what and how to set it up to suit yourself. The only other thing I can think of is it feels like a lot of things are still in testing and aren't implemented fully. This has mostly to do with the AI part of the software. Now they tell you in the software that pet, vehicle and something else is still in testing but even the Face ID which is implemented doesn't really do anything. It will tell you in the notification that a person that you have "Named" has been detected. But that doesn't work for pets & vehicles, at least not yet. That's all it does, I thought I might be able to adjust things like don't record my wife walking around in the backyard when she is playing with her flowers type stuff. I have a feeling that will come but right now the AI doesn't do a whole lot.All in all I highly recommend this product, at least after a months use. If things change I will come back and edit my review. For right now, eufy scores a home run this system is fantastic!

Great color night vision with very low light!
The media could not be loaded. The two photos at the left above show backyard and driveway in almost complete darkness. There was very low stray light above the fence and from the sky. I walked around in the areas and could hardly see where I was walking. You have 4 choices for night shots. Standard (ambient light), Daylight (brighter with a little light added), Spotlight (dual led lights with more power usage) and infrared night black and white vision. The other two photos of my front porch shows coverage of the entire front of the house with double cross coverage of my porch. I also have an older Euphy camera that looks straight across the porch into the street. Nothing gets onto my porch without getting a face and 360 degrees recording. Today I caught two loose neighbor dogs fertilizing my grass 🤬. Before these new cameras I was the janitor for cleanup with no idea about the source. These new Euphy S3 Pro cameras are awesome. They have a 135 degree viewing angle , 8X zoom, 4K video quality, AI recognition of faces, vehicles, pets, and other motion. They have large solar panels so they charge themselves if positioned in a sunny location and come with a solar panel or more if needed for cameras mounted in low light areas. The mounting hardware is improved and easier to position the cameras. The only dislike is that the mounting holes in the base of the camera mounting post need to be slotted. Drilling in bricks is very difficult to keep exact hole spacing since masonry drill bits try to wander when starting holes. There are a bunch of other features that are available also. Like periodic timed snapshots so you don’t need to continually record. Then play it back like a movie. The radar AND infrared motion detection is a great improvement. The radar finds a moving object and seems to turn on the motion detection to record. I don’t know if that is exactly what is happening but I do know that moving objects don’t slip by undetected, unlike my older Euphy cameras.Watch several videos before you buy them. They are pricy but you get a lot for your money. A set of cameras comes with the newest S380 home base. Upgradeable with a hard drive to get 16TB of data storage. These new cameras and improved Home Base are magnificent!! The best part is you don’t have to pay a fortune for a contractor to run cables all over place around the house to make them work. I installed my 4 cameras and Home Base in about 6 hours. (Brick drilling and masonry bit re-sharpening).The instructions are very clear and the cameras and Home Base link up to each other with a push button and tone. Easy peasy!
