Item arrived on time. I won’t know how well they work until my next lab report. It has the combo of vitamins that I need just wish they were smaller pills.

I like that it combines Calcium, D3, K2 and B12, to cut down on having all of those vitamins in different bottles. Value for $$ is very good for the amount of pills. Size of the pills are a bit large [all calcium pills I've ever used are large] and a bit of a tough go for swallowing if you don't like taking pills. I can get them down okay. As for effectiveness and quality, I haven't noticed much difference, but I've been taking all of the vitamins that are in there for a while now. I've cut down on the clutter on my counter.
