I initially started taking one capsule a day but wasn't even consistent to take everyday because I was also drinking pomegranate juice in the hopes of seeing progress. I started taking 2 a day consistently a few days ago and have noticed a significant difference. Primarily that I'm not dragging to get out of the bed and the amount of sleep I got when I was younger feels like enough when it hasn't for a few years now. I have been varying between taking them at night or taking them in the morning but I will instead split between morning and evening so my body gets an even amount throughout the day. I'll see how that goes for a week or so and provide an update.

I really enjoy this product. I'm not paid to write this but I've tried others and this one really feels right. I struggle with a no fun autoimmune issue and this has been a good addition to my internal armor. No stomach upset and the product is packaged well in its own plastic covered box so you know it hasn't been tampered with. The gel Capsules are a slightly bigger than hoped but still fine. They shipped in the heat and made it without melting together or issue. This company seems to really care about their customers and product. They provided a discount coupon which I lost but beat that they offered.

Any and all of this type of product should be fully researched by the user before use: to fully understand the effects, benefits, and any side effects. I have been using these for quite a while now, the result is obvious to me, however, it is very difficult to explain. I intend to continue to use these products, using caution to stay within the suggested dosages.

Adding this with CoQ-10 have significantly increased my energy. I don't generally feel different, but I don't wear out as quickly. I can physically work at least twice as long. I am 70 and have health problems, but can now work 8-12 hours a day on projects instead of only 2-3. I just gutted and remodeled a bathroom.

I have been very pleased with this supplement. It does not have a lot of fillers or extras, and does have a good dose of Urolithin A in each soft gel. I bought this to help my mitochondria repair and add energy to my days and it seems to be helping, which is priceless to me. Speaking of price, I've been very pleased with the value delivered for my money, so definitely recommend this.

It definitely does something. Hard to say if it actually turns the body clock backwards, but it definitely gives you a long term energy/endurance boost. You gotta be careful not to take it at night, because it can potentially keep you up, but taking it first thing in the morning seems to solve that issue.

My first time trying this type of supplement. While it seemed to work for me, I am going to try a different brand just to see if there is any difference. I energy test my supplements and overall, my body responded well to it.

This is an extraordinary product! It took about 6 weeks before I could tell the difference in my muscle strength. I’m 67 and I haven’t been using weights and I can see the difference! I’m sold! Also this brand was considerably less expensive than many other brands that cost as much as 5 times more than CystoRebalance.
