Why did you pick this product vs others?:Really fresh and tasty. The package says pre rinsed but I’d still recommend rinsing to get all the bitter saponins out. I cooked it straight from the bag and it was bitter. Washed it as usual and almost no bitterness. Soaking in salt water really helps before rinsing to break the hulls. 1 tsp for every 4 cups soaking water is what I use.

Product quality is good and I am happy that the packet was not damaged. I hate complaining for damaged products!
