Purchased for occasional use, today using it only with an only iron plugged in and started to smell something burning, upon inspection the cord itself had fused together and shorted out the plugs and melted the on/off switch. There is no fuse or circuit breaker in the unit and left unattended this could have easily caused a fire. This outlet extension should be used with extreme CAUTION and not for any permanent applications, monitored at all times.

I RECEIVED IT TODAY AND I TRIED IT, FIRST ON/OFF BUTTON IS BROKEN! 2ND WHEN I TRIED TO USED IT WITH MY GRILLED MACHINE, THE SOCKET ITSELF WAS HAVING SMOKE AND BURNING! IT WILL CAUSE FIRE!!! TO THE SELLER, PLS U HAVE TO CHECK THE QUALITY OF YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU SELL.

I tried to use it for air fryer alone, it heats up and start making a fire.. I thought our food is the one making a noise until we saw lights and fire staring to build up where we placed it.. if we are not fast enough to run over and turn off the switch, Good knows what could happen.. it makes me so nervous
